Terms of Service

Effective date: July 11, 2026

1. The service

Arbiter ("Arbiter", "the service", "we", "us") is a desktop companion application and hosted data service for Path of Exile 2 currency trading. It surfaces market information, estimates, and rankings ("signals"). By downloading, installing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live — at least 18, or using the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Arbiter is not directed at children. You also need your own Path of Exile 2 account; Arbiter is not affiliated with Grinding Gear Games (see section 6).

3. Signals are information, not advice or guarantees

Signals are estimates computed from market data that changes constantly. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You alone decide whether and how to trade; in-game outcomes, losses, and opportunity costs are yours. Nothing in the service is financial advice or a promise of profit.

4. Your account

Sign-in uses your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. One account per person; don't share accounts or resell access to the service or its data.

5. Subscriptions and billing

6. The game

Arbiter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Grinding Gear Games. Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2 are trademarks of Grinding Gear Games. Our operating posture toward the game — no automation, no memory reading, screen OCR only — is described in the Trust & ToS posture. You are responsible for using Arbiter in line with the game's own rules; if a publisher policy change forces changes to the service, section 9 applies.

7. Acceptable use

8. Feature reliability

Some features are still maturing and can be unreliable. We label those in the product (currently the Loot Valuer, marked Beta). Features may change, break, or be removed, and the "as is" disclaimer in section 11 applies to all signals, with particular force to features labeled this way.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service (entirely or per feature) at any time. If we discontinue Pro entirely, remaining paid time is refunded pro-rata. We may suspend or close accounts that break section 7. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

10. Your data

What the client sends, what stays on your machine, and what we do with it is described in the Trust posture and the Privacy policy. Ask us and we delete your account and its data.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you are a consumer, the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990) applies and you may bring claims in the courts of your own domicile. Mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live continue to apply where they must.

13. Contact
