The exchange, weighed.
Arbiter is a desktop companion for PoE2 trading. It checks the trade in front of you, values the loot you bring back from maps, and tells you the best currency to sell in. You play; it does the math.
Play the game.
Arbiter minds the market.
Open the in-game Currency Exchange and the answer is already on the order: TAKE when the price is fair, SKIP when it isn't. No alt-tab, no homework.

Deal verdict
TAKE, SKIP, or CHECK against the market, with the reason.
Gold route
Which currency spends the least gold for this trade.
Sell check
Whether it's worth selling now, and in which currency.
Capture
Once you check a pair at the exchange, Arbiter logs your real number and uses it as the current price.
Your map profits, at a glance. Beta
Turn on auto-track. Come back from a map, open your inventory, and the haul is valued on the spot: every stackable named, priced, and tallied.

Auto-tracks
Come back to your hideout, open your inventory, and the haul is valued automatically.
Every item named
Stackables named and priced; teach it a correction and it keeps it.
Per-map history
A running log of every map you run, each with its total in exalts.
Value-per-map trend
Your average per map and whether it's climbing, scoped to today, this week, or all time.
The market,
on one screen.
Six cards that watch the whole exchange for you. You glance, you verify in game, you trade.
Best Trade-Ups
Markets where the buy and sell prices sit far apart, with real traffic. Post both sides, collect the gap.
Movers
Currencies whose price is jumping or crashing right now. Riskier: you're riding the move, not a steady gap.
Cross-Hub Mispricing
The same currency is sometimes cheaper bought through a different one. Arbiter spots the gap and shows it.
Underprice Watch
Items resting far below value. Park a low buy order and profit when one fills.
Item Lookup
What a thing is worth, where its price is heading, and which currencies it actually trades in, so you don't get stuck holding what nobody buys.
Markets
Every pair you've checked, remembered on your machine: green when it's cheaper than you usually see it.
Why every number is gold-adjusted.
Every trade on the PoE2 exchange burns gold, and the burn scales with the value you move: a route through big denominations can quietly cost a tenth more once the gold is counted. Two spreads can both read "10%". If one eats four times the gold, it pays a quarter as much.
Arbiter folds the gold cost into every figure it shows. The headline stat is never margin. It's Divine per 100k gold: profit per unit of the resource that actually limits how much you can trade.
Flipping for profit. Pro
A profitable loop is a chain of prices, a ratio at every rung, and a gold bill on top. Do that math by hand mid-session and the window closes before you finish.
Pro builds the loop from prices you actually saw, prices every step, and totals what the whole thing pays for the gold it burns.
- Built from your own reads. Loops chained from prices you captured yourself.
- Every rung priced. The exact ratio to post and what to take, from take-it-all-now to post-everything-and-wait.
- Worth it, at a glance. The whole loop scored in Div / 100k gold against the bar you set, so you skip the ones gold eats.

Bought low.
Told when to sell. Pro
Add what you picked up cheap and the price you want back. Arbiter watches the market and pings you the moment it gets there. You never refresh a price or babysit a chart; it tells you, you act.
On the list
Add what you bought, your sell price, and how long you'll hold. Arbiter tracks it quietly in the background.
Hit your target
It reached the price you set, or recovered to its normal value. Arbiter pings you to sell.
Window's up
The hold window passed without hitting target. Sell now or keep holding; there is no auto-cut, it is your decision.
What Arbiter doesn't do.
Common questions.
Is this allowed under GGG's Terms of Service?
Built to be. Arbiter follows GGG's third-party tool policy: it never automates the game (no botting, no input injection, no reading game memory), and every trade is made by your hands, from your own screen. What it does and sends, in full, is on the trust page. Arbiter is not affiliated with Grinding Gear Games.
What leaves my machine?
A few things, sent to run the service: your Arbiter sign-in token; the market read in front of you (to compute your verdict); and your recent market observations (to build your Flip Calculator and check the best currency to sell in). Your inventory screenshots never leave your machine. More detail on the trust page.
How does the Loot Valuer work without a stash API?
It reads your inventory straight off the screen when you open it, entirely on your machine; screenshots never upload. If it names something wrong, correct it once and it remembers.
What do I need to run it?
Windows 10/11 and Path of Exile 2. Download the installer, run it, and sign in with your email. No admin rights needed.
What does it cost?
The Loot Valuer and the market radar are free. Paying for Pro ($5/mo) helps keep the servers running, and unlocks faster market snapshots, the Flip Calculator, and the Watcher. Stripe handles billing; cancel anytime.
Who builds this?
Just me: Arthur, a solo developer playing PoE since the 2011 closed beta. Arbiter started as a fix for my own pain points with the currency exchange, and it turned out the community could use it too. It has since grown past the exchange: the aim now is to make players' lives easier and the game less daunting to newcomers. You can reach me on the Discord or at [email protected]; both go straight to me.
